Development of the Doyle Drive environmental and technical studies requires coordination between multiple jurisdictional agencies. An interagency working group meets monthly to review project issues. The sessions help to streamline the complicated process of coordinating each agency's needs and review requirements. The group is comprised of senior decision-makers from the following agencies:

- Bay Area Air Quality Management District
- California Department of Transportation, District 4
- Federal Highway Administration
- Golden Gate Bridge, Highway, and Transportation District
- Golden Gate National Recreation Area/National Park Service
- Marin County, Department of Public Works
- Metropolitan Transportation Commission
- The Presidio Trust
- San Francisco Bay Conservation & Development Commission
- San Francisco City and County, Department of Parking and Traffic
- San Francisco City and County, Planning Department
- San Francisco City and County, Department of Recreation and Parks
- San Francisco County Transportation Authority
- Department of Veterans Affairs
